
Kumar Gururaja Bhat (age 10) is an aspiring ISRO astronaut. He is a competitive sailor with 750+ hours on the water. He finished 4th at the O’pen Skiff Eurochallenge Stage I (Porto Rotondo, 2026). He has competed internationally in Europe and Japan. His interests are physics, aerospace, origami, studying ants, 3D printing, and chess. His physics learning has been shaped by direct exposure to India’s major scientific institutions, observatories, and public research lectures.
